Our Mission
Raising the Standard
for Poultry
We started Mr Pollo because we were frustrated. Frustrated by factory-farmed chickens flooded with water weight, eggs from stressed birds in cramped cages, and a supply chain that cared only about margin.
So we built something different. We established our own farms, hired people who loved animals, and set standards that went above and beyond what certifiers required. The result is a product you can taste the difference in from the very first bite.
Today, Mr Pollo stands for one thing: if it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave our farm.
